Vothè-vèbî Fêqê (/ˈvoʃè/ /ˈvèbɪ/ [dense] [volcano]) is a temperate Village located in the Betebê Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Vothè-vèbî Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Vothè-vèbî Fêqê was founded by Gîl Dyëkdsm, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Vothè-vèbî Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 24°C (75°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 26°C (78°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 23°C (73°F). Vothè-vèbî Fêqê receives an average of 207 cm/y (81 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Vothè-vèbî Fêqê covers an area of nearly 3 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 7120 m (-19590 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Vothè-vèbî Fêqê was founded durring the late 16th century in summer of the year 1465, by Gîl Dyëkdsm. The establishment of Vothè-vèbî Fêqê was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Gîl Dyëkdsm struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Vothè-vèbî Fêqê as a prison colony.
Vothè-vèbî Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Vothè-vèbî Fêqê is no diffrent. The village's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Vothè-vèbî Fêqê is buildings are arranged within a network of spacious cobblestone streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The village is protected by a renforced stone fence which sits atop earthwork defences, for some of the best inexpencive defences a village of Vothè-vèbî Fêqê's size could have. The village's well-designed, yet cheep are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the village's defences.
Vothè-vèbî Fêqê has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Vothè-vèbî Fêqê’s streets. Yet, deep down, you know this atmosphere is a carefully created illusion. You can see the ocasional seam in their tapestry. You’re not sure what has them doing their best to act so carefree, but act carefree they do.
Civic Infrastructure

Vothè-vèbî Fêqê has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Vothè-vèbî Fêqê's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Vothè-vèbî Fêqê has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Vothè-vèbî Fêqê has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
Vothè-vèbî Fêqê's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used makes use of a large oblong hall or building with double colonnades and a semicircular apse and symmetrical central-plan, resulting in buildings with a square central mass and four arms of equal length. Decorative features included domed rooves, arches, soaring spaces, and sumptuous decoration: marble columns and inlay, mosaics on the vaults, inlaid-stone pavements, and sometimes gold coffered ceilings.
In Vothè-vèbî Fêqê there is always just enough rain to be annoying.
